Celebration featured a variety of entertainment and comments from community leaders.
The ten-course traditional Chinese-style banquet included delicious dishes like seafood chowder, taro duck, roast chicken, walnut shrimp, mushrooms and vegetables, noodles with beef and broccoli and dessert.
The South-East Asia Center strives to “Build Bridges” of understanding between all cultures. The Banquet’s spectacular cross-cultural entertainment included music and performances representing Asian and non-Asian cultures.
