We are looking for a compassionate and responsible individual to help us oversee the development and management of Senior Services Programs including, but not limited to Adult Day Services, In-Home Services, Congregate Dining Program, Child and Adult Food Program, and Senior Transportation Program.
Degree in social work, human services, social sciences, health, education or other related fields. Experiences in working with immigrant seniors. Ability to interpret and implement funders’ rules and regulations. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Management experience. Excellent written and verbal communications as well as bureaucratic and leadership skills. Empathy with limited-English-speaking people. Open to new ideas and approaches. Personable, friendly, outgoing, accurate, accountable, reliable, honest, flexible and willing to go beyond the call of duty. Cantonese or Vietnamese proficiency a plus.
