When to Apply
–Beginning October 1, 2026 until August 15, 2027 or when funds are no longer available for households with:
a senior age 60 or over, or
persons with disability. or
children 5 years old or under, or energy service disconnected or disconnection notices from one or both utilities.
— Beginning November 1, 2026 until August 15, 2027 or when funds are no longer available for all eligible households.
