McCutcheon Elementary School hosted a pop-up Family Resource Event Friday, January 20th to support students in temporary living situations. Families experiencing homelessness were invited to learn about resources needed to successfully adapt to and transition from their situation.
Translators and representatives from several area service providers including South-East Asia Center were on hand to direct families to various support programs including citizenship, ESL classes, obtaining IDs and CTA passes, childcare, after school learning, mental health, health and legal services
